SHIPPING
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–10 working days from the date of order.
- Delivery is to the address provided at checkout — please ensure the details are correct.
- For international orders (US, UK, Australia, UAE, Europe etc) further transit days may apply depending on destination and customs.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown during checkout.
RETURNS AND INITIATION
- To initiate a return, please
contact us via email customercare@indethnic.com or WhatsApp on our official number. - Include your order number, item name (bomber jacket), reason for return, and attach any relevant photos if there’s a defect or discrepancy.
- We will respond promptly with return instructions and where applicable a prepaid label or address details.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
- The jacket must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and labels intact.
- The package should be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within × 7 days of delivery
- Customized items or items clearly marked non-returnable are excluded from returns.
REFUND
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item and verify it meets the return conditions, we’ll process the refund.
- Refund will be issued to the original mode of payment used during checkout.
- Refund processing time: 5–7 working days from the date we approve the return.
- If you selected cash-on-delivery at purchase, then an alternative refund mechanism (credit note or bank transfer) may apply — please check your order terms.
- Note: Shipping, tax, other non-product charges may not be refundable.
EXCHANGES
- If you wish to exchange for a different size or colour of the same bomber jacket, please include that request when initiating the return.
- Shipping cost differences (if any) for the exchange may apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible (or would follow standard return process).
- Please note shipping/handling costs cannot be refunded if already dispatched (unless otherwise specified).
