• Do Not Bleach or Tumble Dry: Harsh treatments can weaken the fibers and affect the finish of the jacket.
• Steam on Reverse Only: If needed, lightly steam from the inside. Avoid direct ironing on the outer fabric, elasticated waist, or ribbed edges.

To extend the life of your bomber jacket:

• Use a broad or padded hanger to retain the jacket’s structure.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from harsh sunlight to prevent color fading.
• Keep away from rough surfaces or sharp objects that may cause snags or pulls.

• Include your order number, item name (bom­ber jacket), reason for return, and attach any relevant photos if there’s a defect or discrepancy.
• We will respond promptly with return instructions and where applicable a prepaid label or address details.

• The jacket must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and labels intact.
• The package should be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within × 7 days of delivery
• Customized items or items clearly marked non-returnable are excluded from returns.

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item and verify it meets the return conditions, we’ll process the refund.
• Refund will be issued to the original mode of payment used during checkout.
• Refund processing time: 5–7 working days from the date we approve the return.
• If you selected cash-on-delivery at purchase, then an alternative refund mechanism (credit note or bank transfer) may apply — please check your order terms.
• Note: Shipping, tax, other non-product charges may not be refundable.

• If you wish to exchange for a different size or colour of the same bomber jacket, please include that request when initiating the return.
