Shipping
- Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and delivered in 5–6 working days across India (up to 7 for the North-East and J&K). Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,000.
Returns & Initiation
- Raise a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery on our returns page (https://indethnic.com/apps/returns/form) or email customercare@indethnic.com with your order number, the item and photos.
Refunds
- Once we approve your return, the refund reaches your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- For COD orders we send a link to collect your bank details, or you can choose a credit note.
- Shipping and COD charges are not refunded.
Exchanges
- To exchange for another size or colour of the same piece, mention it when you raise your return.
- Shipping is charged again for an exchange.
Cancellation Policy
- Email customercare@indethnic.com before your order ships. Cancellations before dispatch are refunded in full within 3–5 working days.
