SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Shipping within India is INR 150 irrespective of the number of items bought.
  2. Orders are delivered within 5 to 6 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
  3. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at customercare@indethnic.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
  4. We at Indethnic, emphasize on ensuring that our customers get authentic and durable products handpicked from indigenous craftsman and artisans all over India who have been honing their skills for generations. This is also backed by a robust quality check done by our team so that our customers only get the best of the best.
  5. It is possible that on certain handloom products, there is a slight aberration from the display picture in terms of its design, stitch, or weave but that is exactly what makes the handloom products unique and truly yours only to own.
  6. If, however, you are still not satisfied with the quality of our product, we will replace it free of cost or issue a refund/credit note. Please refer to our return & exchange policies before you return any item.

Conditions for Returns, Exchange, Cancellation and Refund

  1. The product should be unused and unwashed.
  2. The product should be present with original tags and labels in place. Items where the original tags have been removed, tampered with or replace will not be eligible for return or refund.
  3. Customized products will not be exchanged or replaced. This includes fall or picot services, and blouse customizations.
  4. All returns and refunds should be requested within 7 days of receiving the order. Any order return or exchange request which exceeds 7 days will be respectfully declined.
  5. Please note that Exchange or Refund will not be made against the items that are on SALE unless there is a defect, or it is different from its description. However, the items that are being sold at an introductory price qualify for returns
  6. Orders which need to be cancelled must be cancelled before they are shipped

RETURNS POLICY

  1. Return requests can be raised within 7 days of receiving the shipment through the following link https://indethnic.com/apps/return_prime
  2. Shipping or COD Charges are non refundable A pick up would be arranged and a label would be sent to you via email which needs to be attached on the package for reverse pick up
  3. Once a return request is raised and the product will be picked from the delivery address within 5-6 business working days.
  4. In case we are unable to service a pickup at your location, you will have to self-ship the product to the following address, Indethnic Enterprises LLP. 130/1/1, BS Industrial Estate. Khalpole, Hanspukur, Bakrahat Road PS Thakurpukur. Joka. Kolkata – 700104. Mentioning the Order ID and attaching the shipping label which we have sent to you.
  5. A maximum of Rs 150 will be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  6. Upon receiving the returned product at our location, we would notify you through email and phone, conduct a quality assessment and check whether the conditions specified for the return, exchange and refund are met or not. Only when the returned product meets the conditions the order will be processed further for returns.
  7. The amount refunded for the product cost only and will not include the courier and COD charges.
  8. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable in case the order is cancelled after it is shipped.
  9. The refund amount can be to the original mode of payment, except COD, or you can opt in for a credit note which can be used for any future purchases which you make on Indethnic.com.
  10. If you opt in for a credit note, it cannot be exchanged for cash later.
  11. For, COD orders, the refund link will be sent to registered email and contact number.
  12. The entire return or refund cycle will take 10-15 business days to be completed and for the amount to be reflected in your account.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. If you would like to exchange the product, kindly raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product through the following link https://indethnic.com/apps/return_prime
  2. Shipping or COD Charges are non-refundable and would be extra in case of exchange.
  3. You may exchange the same product or opt in for another product of the same price.
  4. You may also opt in for a different product by paying the difference amount. In case you choose a product of a lower amount we shall issue a credit note for the difference amount which can be redeemed on the site later. We will not be issuing refund for the difference amount of a lower cost product chosen toe exchanged.
  5. A pickup would be arranged and a label would be sent to you via email which needs to be attached on the package for reverse pick up Once a return request is raised and the product will be picked from the delivery address within 5-6 business working days.

  9. We will ship a fresh product to you within 3-5 days of the returned product received by us. You shall receive an intimation of the shipment through email and phone.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so within 2 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped, for a complete refund.

  3. Upon order cancellation the order amount shall be returned to your original mode of payment within 3-5 business days. This is not applicable in case of COD orders.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only issued when all the conditions and terms of
the Return, Exchange and Refunds are met.

Refunds can be made in the following ways only.
  1. Original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net banking, UPI)
  2. Issuance of credit notes for the order value excluding the shipping and COD charges.
  3. Transfer to a specified bank account
  4. COD refunds are not possible, since we cannot allocate couriers to transport money.
Refunds cannot be made for the following scenarios: -
  1. For wrong, damaged or used product sent for return or
    exchange.
  2. Refund of shipping fees after the order has been shipped.
  3. Refund of shipping fees or COD charges for returns or
    exchanges.

Refunds will take 3-5 business working days to reflect into
your chose mode of refund.
